During her undergraduate research in Christina Burch&#8217;s Lab, she utilized a computational model to simulate the evolutionary consequences of mechanisms of uniparental reproduction during colonization events. This work sparked a broad interest in evolutionary genetics, inspiring Blair to apply her computational skills to empirical data analysis.
